Mark Sater

President

Mark Sater serves as the President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chair of the Board of Directors for Beyond Food Mart®, a role he has held since the company’s inception in July 2016. With extensive leadership experience, Mr. Sater co-owns and oversees multiple affiliated entities supporting the Beyond Food Mart® business, including managing the intellectual property sublicensed to franchisees.

Nick Fahed

Vice President

Naser Abdallat, also known as Nick Fahed, serves as Vice President, Secretary, and a member of the Board of Directors for Beyond Food Mart®, a position he has held since the company’s establishment in July 2016. Alongside Mark Sater, Mr. Fahed co-owns and manages affiliated entities integral to the Beyond Food Mart® brand, including overseeing the intellectual property sublicensed to franchisees. A licensed real estate professional since 2001, Mr. Fahed has led successful ventures in commercial real estate. With extensive expertise in real estate, petroleum, and franchise development, Mr. Fahed plays a pivotal role in advancing Beyond Food Mart®’s growth and innovation.

Rabih Sater

Director of Operations

Rabih Sater cultivated a passion for business from an early age. His family relocated to the United States to escape civil unrest, and by the age of five, he was immersed in his father’s car repair and gas station enterprise, where he absorbed the values of hard work and entrepreneurial spirit. Early in his adulthood, Rabih was managing a diverse portfolio of retail and real estate businesses with over 350 employees, developing and modernizing fuel stations, retail centers, and fast-food establishments. His time in college sparked creative inspiration from hospitality pioneer Ian Schrager, whose emphasis on detail, innovation, and aesthetics influenced Rabih’s approach to branding. Driven by the belief that impactful businesses thrive on exceptional environments and experiences. Rabih’s visionary leadership continues to bridge the gap between creative potential and commercial success.

Ash Sater

Ash Sater serves as Chief Technology Officer for Beyond Food Mart®, a role he assumed in January 2017. With a strong background in operations and technology, overseeing the management of convenience store franchises. Mr. Sater brings a unique blend of operational expertise and technological innovation to his leadership role, driving efficiency and digital transformation across the Beyond Food Mart® brand.
